Pathetic Service, Mall@Reds 13 Dec 2019

Extremely bad customer service at Mall@Reds today, gentleman serving at Counter 5. The information he gave me was incorrect, when I arrived home and checked Telkom's website, yhe information and options were not communicated to me.

The reason why I just left the store was the consultant's attitude, condescending and not in the least bit helpful. When I explained the information that the call centre gave me, he was rather insulting stating that they do not know what they are talking about and probably were trying to get rid of me. (Two different call centre consultants gave me the same information). Rather unprofessional, your staff need proper training on how to deal with the public. They are expected to be knowledgeable and friendly, not sarcastic and condescending. Now I have to look for another store to assist me, after driving there especially to get this sorted.
