Pathetic service levels

<p>48 hours ago I reported a fault on my internet line and was told that it would take up to 48hours to fix. I'm a iñternet store!! This morning when I was put through to technical the gentleman tells me that it can take up to 4 days!!! Yesterday afternoon the technician told me that he can't come through because the keys for the exchange is still at his office on the other side of town... ***</p>
