Pathetic service internet down since July!

I've logged a total of 5 faults for my internet line *** that has been down since the end of July 2019. I've been told numerous times by agents that 1, I won't pay and 2 someone has to come out and replace cables. I'm sick and tired of the pathetic service Telkom constantly gives. I have to take personal leave so you can fix your mess and ontop of that the agents never actually come out to fix the damn problem. When will these 'cables' be replaced? My patience is growing very thin and I will definitely be looking for another reliable provider.
