Pathetic Service - *********** Technicians

Pathetic contact center support. Pathetic service received over a weekend. Paying for a service that I'm NOT receiving. Definitely considering other options with their competitors. Hopefully I'll find one that is committed to their customers and are service driven. My internet gets cut for no reason. Logged a Fault. After 3 hours still no technician dispatched to attend to the fault. You call their terrible managed contact centre that can't really assist with anything. Not sure what the purpose of their contact centre is
