PATHETIC SERVICE, *********** STAFF

<p>Spent hours trying to get my debit order changed and have left several msgs to get managers to call me back, my query is still not sorted from May 17th, we are now in July.</p> <p>Your staff is *********** so now u want me to pay the price, unfortunately I am not that easy to reel in.</p> <p>You guys need to go listen to the many calls I have made and several diff agents that I have spoken to.</p> <p>You guys gave me a query number on the 02/07 and still now call, now you have given me another query number lets see how long that takes.</p> <p>I will be taking this further because I will not allow you to rob me, you may not think my business is important because my contract is R139.00 but rest assured I will get to the bottom of this and I will never use ur services again.</p> <p> </p>
