Pathetic service in telkom store

The service is pathetic gateway branch.... My phone has went for repairs on the 20th of October but still has not come back from the repair agency its now the 05/12/18 and still nothin has been done the staff is pathetic at wat they do.... There is no customer service in the store i have spoken to the staff including the branch manager and no one has given me feed back on the phone i went 5 times to the store and waited almost 1 hour to be assisted i currently dont have a phone and i really need one. I feel telkom service is sick the staff needs to go for proper training each time i went there i have gotten an excuse. Its pass 30 days and still my query is not sorted i am very unhappy With telkom service and Highly upsetted!!!!
