PATHETIC SERVICE ....GHOST COMMS

<p>I have had it. I phoned for months with no feedback regarding my three case numbers. I They phone once for all three cases then they just close the case. The only people I can talk to is customer service. The cannot talk to the accounts dept or the people dealing with the complaint regarding service not provided. I went to the branch they can also not help me as I have to work through customer service. Who ever sits behind this false curtain of service are pathetic....they do not respond.....now my phone is soft lock...meaning no business no clients no communication. Please help. Otherwise cancel my contract as I do NOT WANT TO DO business with this NOT EXISTING COMPANY ....TELKOM.</p> <p>PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.............</p>
