Pathetic service getting my money back after a wrong ampunt was debited

I do not like to complain but this is taking to long now my account for my mobile contracts was incorectly debited on the 27th of sept i phoned the guy who i spoke to said there is nothing he could do i need ro wait 72 hours i phone back on the 2nd of okt they log a case same story 72 hour turn around time it is now the 11th i was supposed to be contacted but everytime i phone back after the 72 hours i get a acripted response saying sorry for the inconvenience the turn around time is 72 hours for a case telkom now owes me 923 rand which i am still waiting for as i made a manual payment of 1108 rand during the month of sept my money was quickly taken out of my account but it you guys are quick to take my money and i need my money urgently i am really fed up with this hay Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ********** 6 Please come back with a urgent response
