Pathetic service full of agents that lie

Don’t even deserve the 1 star, every agent that takes your call just lies and tell you different things. I was asked to send my POP to show that my account has been paid which I did and was told that it will be escalated till to date my account is still suspended. On Monday I was told it will take 4 days all lies today im told to wait 7 days
