Pathetic service fromTelkom

I've never seen such service in my life, I've been trying to get my package upgrade since the 1st, i called their call center and I was told it is done, it will be active withing 72 hours, and I've been doing follow up till to date. on Saturday the 8th, some lady kept me holding for over 30 min and the next thing she cut me off, when I tried to call back, voice mail said i have reach them out of working hours, how pathetic is that?
