Pathetic service from Zama

Pathetic customer service from Zama at the call centre. She spoke to me like I was a piece of ****. My problem is still not resolved. I was promised a manager days ago. Still no call. I was told to check my line after a few days still it's dead. Why must I pay again when I was.told to call and it will be sorted. I am absolutely furious at how you speak and treat customers. Whenever we ask for a manager we are always told they not available.!!!!
