Pathetic service from the awful Telkom.

In terms of service it doesn't get worse than telkom now does it? Having app**** for a fibre connection on a friend's advice(I was hesitant tbh) I'm being taken to and fro between the infrastructure provider (Vuma) and ISP (telkom). Turns out the problem is with telkom, all they have to do is to send a simple email to vuma to authorize the installation but this is taking eons to complete. This is really pathetic and worse, whenever I call, which is a nightmare because you hold forever ( today a consultant dropped a call in the middle of our conversation)their consultant and management tells me I the issue lies with vumatel, which is untrue.

All I wanted to do was give telkom my business considering how many ISP's are out there with a better service.
