Pathetic service from Telkom, without internet for 3 months

Absolutely horrible service, work from home and been without internet since February 2018, make calls every week to telkom and apparently gets escalated but no feedback at all. Quick to suspend services when payment not received but debiting my account for full amount and will only refund once problem restored,....... Its already 3 months for heaven sake and nothings been done. Pathetic our country has a service provider that does not care about service delivery to clients.
