Pathetic service from Telkom Westgate mall

I was standing in the line at the Telkom kiosk in Westgate mall, waiting to be assisted as both consultants was busy with customers. The one lady was then done with her customer and called a customer that came after me. When I asked her was I not next and she told me I MUST OPEN MY MOUTH and giving me attitude because theres 2 lines. When I asked her does she talk like that to customers and she said YES. Then I told her, her attitude stinks and then she told me I was never in the line but before that she could tell me theres 2 lines. Then I walked away as she did not help me, I then went back to get her name as her namebadge was on in the reverse side. She refused to give her name and with attitude she tells me she is 6years in the company. To be so long in a company and give such **** attitude is PATHETIC. I made like I am taking a pic of her to report her. She started HUMILIATING me and calling me DOM and all sorts of names. Her colleague also did not want to give her name and asked why must she. To be treated like this is bull****!!!! Even my 5 year old son could tell his dad how long we standing in the line, but she tells me I was never in the line...am I then INVISIBLE!
