pathetic service from TELKOM- waiting almost 3 months!!

3 months still no response!! 3rd review, still no response!!

ordered the “unlimited home” deal on the 16Oct18, i was told over the phone it will take 5 working days for the router + free wifi extender to be delivered. it is now the 06Dec18 and still no response to my calls or social media concerns.

what can i do to get some help? i am paying for this device which i dont have.

on facebook they responded in saying i can fetch the devices from the nearest store. when i call the store, the national call center answers in saying that is false information, i would have to cancel and reapply in store.

such a headache!! i regret taking this out completely with TELKOM!!!
