Pathetic Service from Telkom store

Telkom Southgate has the worst customer service. Needed a new contract, went on Tuesday and was told to come on Wednesday then was told to come on Thursday, went on Thursday and systems was offline. Was told to come in Friday as documents were sent and only sign off was required. When I got there, the man was not there and apparently nobody else at Telkom could assist me! How pathetic. I'd expect at least someone to pick up and have my contract sorted but No, nobody else could do that. This is pathetic service as if I want the phone for free. I'd rather take my business elsewhere because it looks like Telkom staff doesn't require the business.
