Pathetic Service From Telkom Seems Standard

I tried Twitter, however they have failed me just like every other Telkom department. I hope this avenue will head some results.

I have escalated this and having no joy with resolution. Telkom's service is truly pathetic. I am paying for fibre which I cannot fully enjoy as you have my LIT BOX.

Can you please advise me that I may collect my LIT BOX TODAY!!!!
