Pathetic service from Telkom sa

<p>Hi there I have bought 2 data WiFi router from Telkom shop in east London on the 15th Feb 2017 . When I was signing contract I have made sure there's no extra cost envolve or anything I also ask the lady helping me any connection fee etc she said no. But when end of March they deducted 1096 from my account I have been complaining about that ad requested several time full explanation about my account but no reply. My numbers are. ********** 778. ********** 396. I also made sure that my line limit is minimal to R 1 . </p>
