Pathetic service from Telkom Protea Glen (Samu Mzolo)

Worst service at Telkom Protea Glen. The sales lady Samu Mzolo took over 30 minutes to RICA a simcard which was still not successful after waiting for so long. The other sales assistants were on their phones and didn't bother assisting even when they could see the lady was struggling. Only when I told her I didn't want it anymore will get it elsewhere did they pretend to care and wanted to assist me. The service was appalling and when I complained I was told she is in training I must understand. What exactly is she training for? "To be slow". Complete waste of my time
