Pathetic service from Telkom Openserve

During January 2026 I signed up with Telkom Openserve for a fibre line. Telkom Openserve runs a special on that stage, 1 January 2026 until 31 March 2026 whereby if you signing up for a 50/25 fibre line, you pay for 6 months R489 per month and for the remaining 6 months R655 per month. Telkom Openserve debited my bank account from month one with R654.99. I phoned them, logged calls with the relevant proof attached, but without any assistance except for "Sorry sir, we don't know what you are talking about". I already got about 10 call logged reference numbers but still no assistance. Please guys, STAY AWAYBFTOM TELKOM OPENSERVE. They are worse than PATHETIC.
