Pathetic Service from Telkom Once Again!

I've been having endless issues with my telkom line being dead for the last few months. Telkom takes around 7 to 10 days to fix the problem and then its dead again within a few days. During this period I'm left without an internet connection as well as no way to contact telkom except for logging faults on their website and in doing so, I do not receive any feedback whatsoever from them. How can a communication company be this pathetic with communication???
