Pathetic service from Telkom once again

Just had a call from Telkom, the lady is fighting with me on the phone about my account for which I never received a statement for, accounts were cancelled last year however they continue to charge me and now handing me over to lawyers and listing me on ITC for their fault!!!!!! I am so disappointed with their service and staff. Shame on you Telkom for *****ing money.
