Pathetic service from Telkom- nothing new

Telkom is a waste of time! I have been trying to cancel my contract for months now and it was not which I am then liable to pay. The floor manager at Overport city is even more useless and rude. Telkom call me, this is a serious concern! LIKE OTHERS, I TRIED CALLING YOU MANY TIMES BUT CANNOT GET THROUGH.
