#Pathetic service from Telkom must fall

Telkom call centre are the most useless people to deal with. They are *********** and cannot follow simple instructions. I had a fibre line installed and the contract was done telephonically. The line was installed and I received my first bill in May'18. On the bill the incorrect amount was billed and the incorrect data package loaded. I called 10210 on the 16/05/2018 and spoke to the Billing department who advised they cannot assist and I must call 10213 and speak to the Sales department. After calling the Sales department, they logged a dispute to have the call retrieved in order to amend the package as discussed on the call with Sales is a legally binding contract. They gave me a turn around time of 24 - 48 hours. No response received. I called again and the consultant advised still no feedback received. Great service, I called again on 28/05/2018 and the consultant advised that no dispute was logged and will log a dispute and gave a turn around time of 24 - 48 hours. Today is 01/06/2018, I called and spoke Cameron Perumal, I made sure I took the consultants name this time but not to worry my calls are also recorded so I can retrieve my calls and get the names of the previous consultants. I gave him the reference number that I was given and he could not pick up the call. Great service again. Then he goes and speaks to his supervisor Mariam Pillay who tells him that I must call 10210 and speak to the technical department because it's now a technical issue. How is the incorrect package loaded now become a technial issue??? So when I asked him if its a service failure from the other consultants, he did not want to answer me so in other words my other calls to his department where nothing was done is not a service failure from Telkom.

Is their anyone out there who knows where one can report this too. As Telkom does not want to assist me. Surely we cannot tolerate this poor service. I'm sure I have legal grounds to stand on. Repeatedly service failures from their part with no assistance. I asked Cameron to speak to his supervisor who he just spoke to whilst I was holding on the call, tells me she is not in the office now. How good service is that.
