Pathetic Service From Telkom Mobile

I requested a cancelation of my Telkom Mobile WIFI contract for 30/01/2020. Telkom have already cancelled the number with all of the prepaid data that I had bought for it. Telkom had no common sense to make the sim card prepaid, and they couldn't care less about my data that I PAID for. What pathetic service!!! What ****************!!!
