Pathetic Service from Telkom Mobile

I want to report telkom mobile. I experienced pathetic service from Telkom. On the 1st April just after 14:00 i made a call to their call center requesting for my line to be reconnected. The lady i spoke to promised that the line would be active again in 5 hour. I stood waiting after 5 hour my line was still not connected. Saturday I spoke to three other agents who still told me my query is already lanched and i will get my services after 5 hours, That never happened. On Sunday i spoke to yet another agent that told me that on weekends such queries are not dealed with. And she said her superior was going to give me a call but that call never came in. All the last four agents that i spoke to i asked them to put me through their supervisors but they all refused and told me that their supervisor will call me back but none of that happend.

I am writting to you this morning and i am still waiting for my line. Telkom is ussch a useless company that all the bosses that suppose to answer on queries but they alll hide behind the grass and threaten their junior staff not to put the calls through to them because they know their service is absolutely nonsense.
