Pathetic service from Telkom Mobile

Telkom service is absolutely pathetic and appalling. I requested to port my number over onto my cellphone contract and now my number does not exist anymore. It has been exactly one week that I do not have my number and I cannot do any banking because everything is linked to that number. Telkom is very unprofessional and has an ineffective turn around time. I have also been to a Telkom store who could not assist. So if Telkom alone cannot assist then who the hell is going to assist me. When you phone the call centre, every agent will give you a different solution to the same problem and you must decide which solution to implement like it's a multiple choice exam. The Phoenix Plaza Branch in Durban KZN is absolutely useless. The staff to management is pathetic. They are not helpful and are very dumb.
