Pathetic service from Telkom mobile

<p>My cellphone broke on Monday (01st of August) and I took it to the telkom mobile store for repairs, and was told that I needed the copy of my contract or proof of purchase to book it for repairs. Since my initial application was not done at the store, I was adviced to contact telkom mobile, which I did. To my surprise, I still havent received the copy of my contract. All that's happened, I've been sent from pillar to post, only to end with nothing. I even sent a formal complaint to their customer service, and more than 5 people have "dealt" with the case, and by that I mean receiving emails "we apologised for the inconvience caused, please contact our sale department", which is what I had been doing the whole time. None of these people bothered to even investigate the case, or even try to resolve it. Here is a few of those people that "solved" my case, obvisiously just to move it away from themselves: Stacey-lee Duplessis, Dennill Fransman, Tsietsi Mokhachane, Phindile Fakude. I called again today (05th)and was promised that I would get the copy ASAP (and that was at 11h20) and now its 18h00 and I'm still waiting. I called again to follow up and spoke to Mancha Masia, who put me onhold, "to get supervisor to assist", and to my surprise 18minutes later I was transfered to Patrick Pieterson. He also didnt help, all he did was to tell me that he was unable to assist and wanted to transfer me to someone else, but refused to transfer me to the supervisor. He actually went to the extent of saying there was no supervisor on duty in his department. And when I insisted he put me onhold for more than 10minutes and this time told me that the supervisors were "busy".</p> <p>I currently dont have a phone, and I'm unable to get the copy of the contract that I entered into almost 2 years ago. And I want this phone fixed, I have to pay R2500, because Telkom mobile is refusing to give me the copy that's rightfully mine</p>
