PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM MOBILE

I have ordered an iphone with Telkom Mobile Greenstone in early December 2015. Up til now i have not received confirmation from them. Every single week they say the stock is coming the following week and someone will be in touch, to tell me to come and receive my phone - but always the same excuse. I am so sick and tired of Telkom now. WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE WHEN YOU HAVE NO STOCK? IT'S BEEN 3MONTHS NOW!!! If you guys dont actually want business, then I will take it to a more efficient service provider who will actually deliver!!!
