Pathetic service from Telkom is a norm

I did an application for a Mate20 Pro three weeks ago, my application was approved in a day. I was told that the store is waiting for stock. For three weeks I was given the run around, the store never bothered contacting me, I always had to visit them or email them for progress and it was always "We're waiting for stock". Yesterday I sent another email and this was the reply "Hi we just got confirmation today that we don’t have stock and wont be receiving anymore stock of the mate 20 pro as it is end of range , the next step moving forward will be to take another device to the same value". For three weeks you tell me you're waiting for stock and then you're not getting stock??????
