Pathetic service from Telkom in Ladysmith KZN

Telkom is pathetic when it comes to assisting us in the Ladysmith KZN area. We have no landline and internet connectivity for over a month now. We keep logging faults with them but they do absolutely nothing. They cannot even tell us when the fault will be fixed. I called again now with a technician reference number (19724) but they tell me they have to log another fault and give me another reference number. This is absolute nonsense as they cannot expect us to pay for services they cannot provide.
