Pathetic service from Telkom Gateway Umhlanga KZN

Pathetic service from Telkom Gateway, Umhlanga, KZN. Visited the outlet on 15 June 2020 to cancel my account. Had spent approx 45 min processing cancellation. Was Advised that service would be cancelled as at 17 July 2020. To date not done. Received message from Telkom that I should continue paying my account for services that I am not using, until they resolve and cancel .
