Pathetic service from telkom fibre!!! Do not waste your time

Took up telkom fibre a month or maybe less ago. Endless problems. Not working since last week. Reported a fault last week got an sms on the weekend saying its resolved but its not! I am currently on the line with telkom since 14h00 it is now 15.53 and nobody is able to assist me. Absolutely pathetic service. I read all the bad reviews online but i still took it. Biggest mistake ever.
