Pathetic service from Telkom Fibre

I app**** for a Fiber installation through Telkom on the on the 25th of May 2020. The router was delivered within 3 days. A week later a called to get an update on when the installation would be done and they told me that a VT number has to be generated first by Telkom, the VT number then has to be sent to Vumatel who will then assign it to a Vumatel technician.

I have been calling Telkom for the past 3 weeks and there has been 3 escalations done by the consultants I've talked but there hasn't been a VT or VC number generated so that my order can be handed over to Vumatel.
