Pathetic service from Telkom, False advertising

I have a data contract with Telkom mobile which is due for upgrade. Telkom advertises a deal for a 12.9" ipad pro + pen + cover for R649 a month over 3 years, however you can only apply for it online. When you go online there is no link taking you to this deal. Its been a month, if not more trying to get this deal. I have spoken to more than 30 different agents, been online speaking to different consultants numerous amounts of time, been into 12 different telkom stores, literally tried everything with no result. I think this beyond disgusting and pathetic. How do you advertise something that nobody that works for you knows about or knows how to get. I have even been into the istore and they where unable too assist me. This is truly bad service and all I want is for someone to call me to activate this deal for me. Surely if you dont have stock you can order and surely if there was additional payment to be paid, you should mention it on the advert. I am truly disgusted in the level of service of Telkom Mobile. They might be the cheapest network but definitely the worst when it comes too service and I bet, they wont even respond to this either. When you try speaking to a manager, then never available and they will call you back, believe me I am still waiting for a call back from a Manager or senior personal.

Im truly and deeply dissapointed in the level of service I have recieved up to this point.
