Pathetic Service from Telkom!

If I could give a zero star I would! I would not recommend anyone deal with Telkom. I ended my telkom contract in april and I had cellular insurance as well. When I ended my contract telkom did not advise that I had to cancel my insurance with another party and continued to debit me, upon inquiring telkom gave me a number to call to cancel the insurance. I received a cancellation letter on the 27 of september and told that it will take 30 days notice. I still was debited in November which is when the debit orders were supposed to have ended, i inquired again and they advised that they will investigate and come back to me, I was debited again in December after many follow ups they advised that they would pay back my money which they did in January, Then in february they debited me for 4 months, I inquired and the insurance company advised that Telkom needs to assist because they no longer have a profile for me, Telkom refused to assist, after the 4th call to them an assistant advised me to send all the documents including the cancellation letter but I didnt receive feedback after numerous follow ups. I called telkom again and a lady also asked for the documents but I still have not been assisted and now I am receiving summons from telkom.. I am extremely appalled by your customer service and in disbelief that you would treat your customers this way, I would never take a contract again.
