Pathetic service from Telkom

I wanted to apply for a new serviceand get all my existing services on one account as they advertised. I sent an email to the Secunda front Office before I drive there. I tried to do everything remotely but I was told by the Office Manager that I have to drive to Secunda to get everything in place. I made an appointment. On Saturday I came there and and they could not do it and the Office mananger was not availble there or on her phone. I had to drive just over 120 km there and back for nothing....
