Pathetic service from telkom

Telkom if the worst service provider and the staff are just as ***********. They refuse to assist with disputes but the minute they want their money then they're quick to call or cut off your internet access. The branch in east rand mall is pathetic including the manager who covers up for her useless staff. Telkom still owes me R1300 and have i heard anything? No pathetic. I will continue to deter people from using telkom. If i could give a minus 10 i would
