Pathetic service from Telkom - even after raising a complaint on Hello Peter a month ago

<p>I have raised a review of poor service against Telkom on the 17th November. Telkom gave me feedback since then on the 21st November, said they would look into the problem, and give me feedback within 48hrs. I have heard nothing from them since then! i called the call centre gave them the reference number that the Social Media team at Telkom gave me. They still refuse to help me. i have sent comments to the social media team on my previous review, and get no response. So i would like to find out what is the next step now? </p>
