Pathetic service from telkom

Hi My service was cut on the 29th of March due to no payment so I made a payment of R1023 via eft because I wasn't provided with the correct reference number which took 48hrs to reflect i called telkom to get my service restored on Friday they put in a request to billing department and said it would take 24hrs this is from 01 April to 2nd April 24hrs passed my service is still down I called again on Saturday she said the request has been stop and another request as urgent I called today they sent another request and told me by the end of the day my service will be restored which they said on Saturday as well and my service hasn't been restored until now I cannot use my phone at all n I need my phone this is ridiculous
