Pathetic service from Telkom

I bought a pocket router from Telkom, I struggled with delivery and finally after numerous emails to their customer care it was delivered last week Wednesday, now ever since I received it on Wednesday its still not working to this day. I made calls to the call center were I was sent from pillar to post and the issue is still not resolved. I have services such as this one I received. All they will be doing will be debiting my account yet their device is still not working.
