Pathetic service from Telkom

I recently canceled my DSL line with Telkom on their website and they canceled my landline as well, the prompts on the site indicated that a consultant would call before any cancellation, I never received a call. I called this morning and an agent indicated there is no way they can reinstate the line and number I previously had, I called again and the second person ensured me that my landline and previous number can be reinstated but I would need to speak to a technician. The call could not be transferred to the technician and I would have to email them. I cant understand how 2 agents from the same company are giving me conflicting information. Either way Telkom service is pathetic.
