Pathetic service from Telkom

I am so disappointed and disturbed by the behavior and manner in which Telkom and they stuff treat consumers.

I have been treated so rudely by an employee of Telkom just because I required assistance with paying up my account.

I am waiting for assistance from the end of August.

Can someone please help.
