Pathetic Service from Telkom Cornubia Branch

I'm absolutely appalled by the pathetic service of Telkom. I have app**** for an upgrade, the agent said only when my contract is 22 months or older, No prob. Just to find out Telkom has a third party agent whom can give u an upgrade on their behalf. So I app**** for this with the third party handling Telkom affairs. They said it's done and awaiting Telkom activation. It's now the 1st, nothing happening from Telkom. I go to the store at Cornubia, the employees make me stand outside the store, take my ID, then advise me they cannot help me. I must now call and email they third party agent and Telkom call center to sort out. Talk about being treated like a rotten potato, getting thrown from one side to another??? The employees at Telkom Cornubia are unfriendly, rude and Never wanted to help a customer. It's v sad. I need this resolved as I opted for an upgrade for the August special, it now September.... How frustrating....
