Pathetic Service From Telkom

****** pathetic. Signed up for adsl 2 weeks ago. Consultant took wrong info. Address incorrect. As a result technician couldnt install the line. Now they say my address doesnt exist yet im living here 4 years.i should wait another week or so. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Saddest part is i got to tell my little boy that his uncapped internet that i promised him for xmas wont be happening. Just another example of the downward spiral of our S.O.E.
