Pathetic service from Telkom

I would like to write a complaint on the customer service at Telkom My mum who is 77 years old had went shopping to that Westwood mall and she realised her WhatsApp was not working..she went to Telkom where she has her contract and she advised them of it.

The took less than fee Min to reinstall the app and charged her R100 for this.

This is not about the money but the lack of service and empathy that the company lacks on regards to helping people.

Why does everything always have to be about the money and benefitting from the elderly.
