Pathetic Service from Telkom

Absolutely pathetic service yet again from Telkom. My fibre line was upgraded without my consent and I am now being charged a higher rate that I did not agree to! Numerous calls to their service centre over the last 2 months only to be told that only a manager or supervisor can assist me and that they will call me back however no one ever returns my call. This has happened on multiple occasions and the problem is no where near being resolved.
