Pathetic service from telkom

I am very disapointed with the service from Telkom. I ordered data from the app a week ago and still have not recieved it. I call everyday to query it no one seems to know whats going on. I request for a manager. They are always in a meeting and never return a call. I am an essential service worker who is working from home. I depend on the service. Clearly they dont value their clients and are unable to meet the demands at this crucial time of a pandemic.
