PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM BALLITO JUNCTION FROM REMISHKA RAMSAM AND THE BIAS MANAGER ATISH SIVSANKER!!!!!

Contract taken 23rd May. Consultant at Ballito Junction Telkom Branch Remishka Ramsam. She did not inform me that I will be liable to pay for a phone that I only received 7 days before the month end! She only told me I will be billed at the end of June for a R100 more which was sim and connection fee. I had to bare the brunt of paying R1000.50 as she captured banking information that are not even linked to me or even my account details yet I provided my correct banking details. The branch manager Atish Sivsanker - a total bias man! No customer service s****s or customer service etiquette at all! RUDE AND ARROGANT SIDED WITH HIS *********** CONSULTANT. I HAD TO PAY A DEBIT ORDER REJECTION FEE OF R207 WHICH WAS DUE TO REMISHKA'S INCOMPETENCE
