Pathetic service from Telkom

I have had a Telkom line for my business for 5 years, and the previous owner for 10 years before that. In June I canceled my line as I moved to Vox because my line stopped working due to cable theft and Telkom are just useless with that in itself. So I received my last statement in June and on it it said 'Refund on or before 1 July'. It is now 15th August and I'm still fighting with them to get my refund back. They are treating me like a ********!!!! I have sent through all the documentation that they wanted. But alas, typical service in this country. NON EXISTENT!
